Subscribers are not guaranteed any new additional content than what is currently posted. 

 I understand that seller(s) and content creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries sustained by buyer/ user while and during and/or use  from any product, service, tip, or recommendation and further does so at his/her own risk. 

Buyer / user assumes full responsibilities for any injuries, damages, or misunderstandings which may occur during and/or after usage.

I hereby fully and forever release and discharge seller(s), and content creators from all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, present and future.

I understand and warrant, release and agree that I am in good physical condition and that I have no disability, impairment or ailment preventing me from usage(s) that will be detrimental to heart, safety, comfort level, financial loss or physical condition if I engage or participate in usage of any products, services or tips (other than those items fully listed).

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless seller(s), content creators, partners, third parties, and affiliates any costs directly or indirectly associated with any claims deriving from your free or paid usage of seller(s), content creators, partners, and affiliates products, services, or information.

Seller(s), content creators, partners, third parties, and affiliates assume no liability and may end access to their own services provided at any time, and without notice. Subscriptions and or memberships maybe cancelled by ending your paid subscription. 

Privacy Policy

To take advantage of any third party offers; users/ buyers agree that any information provided is to be used in relation to attempt to obtain any groomrun.com or third party offers. 

User / buyer agree to standard privacy and protection operational usage rights that are legally available to Seller(s), content creators, partners, and affiliates. User / buyer agree to performing their own due diligence in knowing, understanding, and agreeing to all the rights available to Seller(s), content creators, partners, third parties and affiliates within their region and further agree to submit as well as be governed by those available protections possibly available even prior to implementation, further notice, purchase, or procedural process needed for any approvals available settled by Arbitration. 

Users/ buyers agree that any information provided to attempt to obtain any offers and benefits must be and will be used to fulfill or attempt to fulfill requests. User / buyer agree to allow all parties providing an offer, service, product or tip the authority to share the required information to fulfill or attempt to fulfill requests on offers and benefits. Third parties maybe contracted to fulfill requests and third parties agree to this same privacy policy at minimum. If fulfilled by a third party or an additional party of a third party their policies will be in place and any additional conditions would be the responsibility of that party. 

User / buyer agree to reimburse Seller(s), content creators, partners, and affiliates for any and all damages and legal fees in relation to any claim arising.

Current third party offers:

Terms and quotes on the mandatory tip are determined by user/ buyer party request information. Mandatory tip amounts are based on the required amount needed for the entertainer to fulfill event requests and are subject to change as needed to fulfill. Changes to the mandatory tip amount will be communicated and agreed upon prior to the event.  The actual entertainer fulfilling the event requested is the service provider. groomrun.com's blog  paid subscription member rates / fees are independent of any third party offers and you may ask any third parties for the same deal without subscribing to the groomrun.com blog.  All sales are final and groomrun.com members with paid subscriptions to the blog are not eligible for refunds on the groomrun.com paid subscription plan based on any third party offers.
